We provide onsite catering of Spanish Paella, Tapas, Sangria and Churros. What we do is work with your requirements. Lady Paella take all the stress out of catering for large groups and creates a ‘fiesta’ atmosphere, full of colour and Spanish/Moorish aromas, based on age-old recipes.
Lady Paella dishes are created using locally sourced organic ingredients and sustainable imported products. Each pan is cooked fresh, giving patrons a unique experience, a wholesome meal and service tailored to your guests and theme. Gluten-free, dairy free and egg free paellas

Covid 19 Safety
Challenging times
At Lady paella the practice of good hygiene when preparing and handling food is a must.
Our Procedures – wash your hands frequently with soap and water for 20 seconds. We provide hand sanitiser and food grade gloves.
We clean and sanitise food preparation surfaces after all contact
There is currently no evidence that COVID-19 is spread through food.
Our Normal cleaning and sanitation measures minimise the risk in a food service.
Our Setup
What we need
We will need a flat floor to set up our tables (flat grass is ok) and we do use LPG gas, so suitable ventilation will be required (usually outdoors). We have marquees to cook under if needed. Electricity for our lighting if event is at night. Also access to drinking water and drainage for our waste water.
Setting up our equipment can be heavy work, please make sure our setup space is close to where our vehicle can be parked. Walking every piece of equipment through your house then onto your verandah then up the stairs to the back is not good for us health and safety wise, and will delay our cooking considerably.
